Documented End-to-End Staff Duty Lifecycle Workflow
BRD Sec 4.1-4.5Step 1: Assignment Allocation Rule (UNRESOLVED DECISION)
The BRD specifies two candidate mechanisms for assignment: (A) Centralized Dispatcher Assignment by Exams Officer, or (B) Self-Service Duty Booking by invigilators. The prototype must remain configurable between both modes until stakeholder rule sign-off.
Step 2: Schedule Acknowledgement & Notice
Invigilator receives automated notice of duty allocation. Must review venue, reporting time, and candidate access requirements, then electronically confirm acceptance within required timeframe.
Step 3: Exam-Day Clock-In Timestamp Audit
On exam day, staff check in via portal to confirm physical arrival at venue prior to reporting time. Clock-out is recorded upon collection and safe storage of exam scripts. Duplicate entries are blocked with audit logs.
Step 4: Remuneration Claim & Approval Lifecycle
Completed duties automatically generate eligible claim entries. Invigilator submits claim based on hourly duty rate + role allowance. Status advances: Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Approved → Paid.
